She has become a prominent figure since appearing in films Belle de Jour and Tristana. Catherine is a four-time César Award nominee and she won one for her performance in Truffaut’s The Last Metro in 1980. Also, she was able to win the David di Donatello for Best Foreign Actress and Régis Wargnier’s Indochine in 1992, still with her performance on the said film.

The award-winning actress is now 76 years old. Some beauty investments she shared with us include using facial moisturizers, drinking lemon juice every morning, and using natural products for hair. She’s also a firm believer in “less is more” and advises on wearing natural makeup. She likes to only wear lipstick and eyebrows. In addition, she suggested always wear perfume. Thus, the signature smile that she always puts on might even help with hiding the marks of aging.
