Charles Barkley – Exercise And Diet

Charles Barkley, nicknamed “Sir Charles, “the Round Mound of Rebound”, and “the Chuckster”, is an American former professional basketball player who lost at least 40 pounds. He struggled with eating healthy after he retired from professional basketball. Barkley continued eating the same food that the ex-jocks he became friends with ate and it brought him dangerously close to unhealthy. The former professional athlete gained so much weight, and his wake up call came when he visited a doctor.

He stepped on the weighing scale and saw that he gained 100 pounds. The doctor told him that he was in danger of having a stroke and dropping dead. Barkley started playing sports again to exercise and paired this with working out. He went to the gym and did CrossFit. He also started controlling his diet, and with all the investments he made in bettering himself, Barkley now feels more energetic than ever.
