Jersey Shore actress Jenni Farley has been maintaining her slim and flawless figure for quite some time now. After reportedly losing 20 pounds for the show, she has become a regular at the gym, continuing to maintain her physique. Farley has always been conscious about her health and how she looks, which is why we’re going to look at some of what she does to have an active lifestyle.

She is said to be at the gym at least five times a week, spending a maximum of one hour each day. Her grueling workout involves some of the most physically demanding activities, such as rope jumping, boxing, biking, and many more. She’s fond of doing both full-body workouts and interval training in order to maximize her energy and so she can focus on all major muscles in the body. We can say that as a regular at the gym, she must never run out of gas, as evidenced by the kinds of workouts she does.
