Physical wellness and personal fitness is the passion of the elder Kardashian sister Kourtney Kardashian. Being a mom to three kids, and having to do personal responsibilities at home, the TV personality admitted to gaining a few pounds in 2020. Even so, she still follows a routine in order to stay at her desired weight and keep her physique.

The actress reportedly told the press that she continues to work out and tries to maintain the optimal weight of 45kg. Her diet consists of mostly organic and gluten-free food, and she tries to avoid processed food with high sugar content as much as she can. She also tries to cut down on carbs because the goal of her high protein, low carb eating plan is to burn as much fat as possible. To be able to achieve her goal, she has probably made some investments in buying the proper exercise equipment, too.
