Janet Jackson – Training And Intense Workouts
Artist Janet Jackson recently took a break from the limelight to continue raising her family, having given birth to her son Eissa back in 2017. Since then, Jackson had lost an incredible 70 points since giving birth, with most of the extra weight having been gained after pregnancy. Since then, however, she has never looked better than she is now.
Jackson gives credit to her trainer Paulette Sybliss for her weight loss. According to her, the artist began her weight loss journey six months after giving birth, training at least four times a week, with hourly sessions and intense workouts that are focused on building strength rather than cardio. Her workout consisted mostly of physical routines, including doing push-ups, lunges, and squats, with her trainer noting that this was an effective way to keep fat burning even after sessions.
