Media personality, singer, actress, and author, Kelly Osbourne, who gained worldwide recognition after the reality series of her family The Osbournes was released, is another celebrity whose weight had fluctuated over the years. While her body frame is not something to be shelved in the heavy category, Osbourne still believes that it is time to prioritize her health before any risks appear.
Recently, however, she seems to have successfully kept the weight off. According to one interview, Kelly said she was able to lose 70 pounds with the help of more than a few wacky methods. She however settled on one particular diet, the M-Plan, which asks its adherents to replace either lunch or dinner with an all-mushroom meal for two weeks.
