Jimmy Kimmel – Strictly Diet


Television talk show host, comedian, writer, and producer, Jimmy Kimmel, who many will know as the host of the late-night talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live!, was reportedly able to lose 25 pounds by following a trendy diet. Apparently, his weight peaked at 208 pounds, which made him decide that enough was enough. The decision came after Jimmy experienced difficulties in his lifestyle when his weight peaked.

In fact, it was Dr. Oz who was said to have called out Kimmel’s poor relationship with food, which might have stemmed from his love of sweets, beverages, and meat. But, to his credit, he went on a 2,000-calorie per day diet and started to lose some pounds. Kimmel also claims to have discovered intermittent fasting during his dieting phase and swears that it has helped him keep the pounds off. Kimmel can now confidently move around without feeling a tad unhealthy as he enjoys a fitter body.
