Jordin Sparks – Diet And Exercise

It’s been almost ten years since the name Jordin Sparks resurfaced in Hollywood, making her the youngest person to win American Idol.In 2012, she started feeling unwell, motivating her to go on a strict diet in the hope of losing weight. Sparks became physically active incorporating her fitness routine with running, boxing and Zumba. In addition to this, Jordin has given her diet a complete overhaul.

She focused on what she ate during a normal day and started to cut out all the bad stuff. One of the main aspects of Jordin’s diet is ensuring that her meals fit on a regular-sized plate, incorporating strict portion control. Jordin was able to eat almost anything she liked, just in smaller quantities. To her credit, she was able to lose nearly 23kg. Sparks hopes she can encourage women to embrace themselves and love the woman they see in the mirror.
