Lively grew up with hopes of getting a degree at Stanford University rather than making it big in Hollywood. The All I See Is You actress recently shared her journey of how she lost 27kg after she gave birth in September 2016 to her and Ryan Reynolds’ second child, Inez. It doesn’t take a couple of weeks to look like Blake Lively — it takes 14 months and some hard work. She attributed her weight loss to maintaining a healthy diet composed of protein, carbs, and vegetables, reducing gluten and soy, and plenty of exercises.

On top of that, the A-lister collaborated with celebrity trainer Don Saladino five to six days a week. Blake mixes things up with long-distance swimming and sprint drills like treading water in between her strength training.The actress and mother-of-two has always kept things in perspective, inspiring many individuals out there looking to shed a little weight, showing that there is still a lot of hard work behind the scenes.
