Christian Bale – Black Coffee Fast
Over the years, Bale has proven that he is the Hollywood chameleon – from being bald, skinny, to superhero jacked, no one has ever done it better than Bale. It’s no wonder that Bale’s work has been met with varying degrees of praise over the years. He did his most massive and notable transformation when he played the role of Trevor Reznik in 2004’s The Machinist. Following the demands of the film, he shed more than 25 kg to play the role of the insomniac factory worker.
He came to a method of smoking cigarettes and drinking whisky every day to lose weight. Bale has extended his daily diet, adding “Black Coffee Fast” consisting of black coffee, a solitary apple, and a tin of tuna – which is equivalent to 200 calories. But his weight loss-gain journey did not end there. In 2018, he gained his weight back for the movie Vice and had to lose what he gained to play the role of Ken Miles in the 2019 film Ford vs Ferrari. When asked for his secret, he said he just did not eat.
