Actress, television presenter, and producer, Ricki Lake, who many will remember hosted a talk show called the Ricki Lake Show from 1993 to 2004, was reportedly able to lose more than 20 pounds, and drop more than a few dress sizes, through a food delivery service. The service helped her focus on a strict diet plan, and it made her ditch those unnecessary snacks adding up to her regular calorie intake.

Apparently, she was able to limit her calorie intake to 1400 calories a day. Her diet plan coupled with regular exercise was what made her lose the pounds. She has also been focusing on shedding off more weight to achieve her desired weight. Lake says that to a huge degree, her stint at Dancing With the Stars helped her to reach her weight goals, too. The rigid training for the reality show may have burned a whole lot of calories from her body.
