Singer, songwriter, host, and occasional actress, Fergie Duhamel, who rose to prominence for being a member of the highly successful hip hop group The Black Eyed Peas, was reportedly able to lose all the post-pregnancy weight by following a strict diet and doing a ton of belly dancing. It was also reported that her diet included eating in small portions, which did wonders for her weight. We’re not exactly sure how much she lost, but she is, to her credit, looking as sexy as she used to during her days as the frontwoman for the Black Eyed Peas.

Even in terms of gestation, Stephanie Ferguson managed to keep pregnant women’s weight loss. She shared this secret, which may make people rethink diet and exercise. Fergie also does belly dancing to keep in shape, a habit that started during pregnancy. Obviously, breastfeeding can also help.
