Queen Latifah – Diet And Exercise


Rapper, singer, songwriter, and actress, Queen Latifah, who rose to prominence after the release of her debut album All Hail The Queen in 1989, has had quite the storied relationship with her weight. It’s been fluctuating throughout the years! But, currently, she seems to have kept the excess poundage away, after losing 20 pounds with the help of Hollywood weight-loss guru Jenny Craig. Indeed, Latifah became one of Jenny Craig’s spokespeople, not least because of her amazing transformation.

To Latifah’s credit, she’s looking awesome these days, and we’re guessing that her new, healthy lifestyle will be keeping the weight off this time. “I don’t really go on a diet. I maintain moderation, exercise and diet to some extent,” she told People magazine in 2010. “I ate a lot of vegetables and lean meat, and drank a lot of water. I wish I had an understanding of nutrition and exercise, and how it affects people. ”
