Alec Baldwin – Fitness And Diet


Actor, writer, producer, and comedian, Alec Baldwin, whose comedic talents some people only recently discovered after he started doing impersonations on Saturday Night Live, surprised everyone during an interview with Jimmy Fallon when he dropped his pants down to show how much weight he’s lost. And, clearly, Baldwin did lose a lot of weight. Alec first began altering his diet in 2012 when he was told he had pre-diabetes. In Hilaria’s book The Living Clearly Method, penned three years later, he admitted, “This was an alarming wake-up call that rocked him to the core.”

And the yoga instructor subsequently made it her mission to help him stave off the devastating condition. And while Baldwin didn’t go into detail about what he did to lose so much weight, he has been talking to his fans on social media about the plant-based diet he’s adopted, and this is what many credits for his impressive transformation.
