50 Cent – Weight Loss Program


Rapper, actor, producer, and entrepreneur Curtis James Jackson III, otherwise known as 50 Cent, reportedly lost a huge amount of weight in 2010 just to play the role of a cancer-stricken football player. Indeed, he shared on social media that he lost close to 50 pounds, and described what he went through as “tough.” How was 50 Cent able to lose that much weight? Apparently, he went on a liquid diet and ran on the treadmill for 3 hours per day.

“I had to discipline myself not … to actually have myself be in the physical state to convey the energy I felt. It’s a passion project for me,” said 50 Cent. To his credit, 50 Cent was able to gain all the weight and muscle back after shooting for the film ended. He released his fourth album, the gold-selling “Before I Self Destruct,” in November. He kicks off his North American tour Saturday in Detroit.
