Kaley Cuoco – Circuit Training

Actress and producer Kaley Cuoco has become a household name for playing the role of Penny in the highly successful comedy sitcom The Big Bang Theory. This is an American tv sitcom, which
won Television Critics Association Comedy Outstanding Achievement Award. Kaley Cuoco also won the Best Actress Award on “Entertainment Weekly”.

She had reportedly lost a lot of weight in preparation for the role. Kaley said that she’s not a fan of meal plans or diet plans, but that she just tries to be conscious of what she eats, and makes sure that she’s not gorging on unhealthy food. To her credit, however, she’s was able to maintain an exercise plan which included strenuous circuit training three times a week and one and a half hours per session. Anyway, we all expect she could show better performance in later work.
