Lauren Alaina – Strictly Die

Singer, songwriter, and occasional actress, Lauren Alaina, many might remember that she was a runner-up in the 10th season of American Idol. When she was a little girl, she seized every opportunity to sing. Church, restaurants, family party, she could sing on any occasion. Alaina signed in with a company and began to make her own music. Her first single “Like My Mother Does” got a high rank in the first week.

Recently she was reportedly able to lose 25 pounds in preparation for the show Dancing with the Stars. She claimed that when everything was over, she had to buy a whole new wardrobe as none of her old clothes fit anymore. Of course, Alaina says that most of the weight she lost was due to the show’s grueling rehearsals. Currently, Alaina is, to her credit, reportedly able to keep the weight off with her active lifestyle, working out six days a week.
