Melissa Mccarthy – Exercise And Strict Diet Program

Actress, comedian, writer, and producer, Melissa McCarthy, who was included in Time Magazine’s 2016 list of 100 most influential people in the world, had always been candid about discussing her weight loss journey. She said for an interview that she’s been ‘every size’ that one can think of, losing and gaining weight constantly, seemingly in a closed feedback loop. Melissa told More magazine in 2013 that her weight has fluctuated in the past.

“I’ve been every size in the world. Parts of my twenties, I was in great shape, but I didn’t appreciate it. If I was a six or an eight, I thought, ‘Why aren’t I a two or a four?’ “she said. But when she tried an all-liquid diet, she was, to her credit, able to lose 70 pounds in a span of four months. McCarthy said it was one of the toughest things she did and admitted that she probably won’t do it again.
