Kelly Clarkson – Balanced Nutrition

Singer, songwriter, actress, and author, Kelly Clarkson, gained worldwide recognition after winning the first season of the hit television singing contest, American Idol, which won her first record deal with RCA Records. Clarkson’s first double-A-side single released in 2002. The single then ascended to number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, breaking the record set by the British band The Beatles and becoming the best-selling single in 2002.

Clarkson was reportedly able to lose 37 pounds by following the nutrition advice in Steven R. Gundry’s book, The Plant Paradox. Apparently, Clarkson had an autoimmune disease that affected her thyroid, which contributed greatly to her weight gain. Following the book, so Clarkson says, is what helped her, to its credit, lose a ton of weight. Clarkson, however, was quick to clarify that the book might not work for everyone and that it did for her because of her health condition.
